Support Forum

Dravet.org is launching new Support Forums as part of its comprehensive website redesign. It will allow us to incorporate new technical features and functions of the forum. Because Dravet.org recognizes the importance of the information contained within our previous forums, they will remain accessible and maintained in a read-only format at this address: http://www.idea-league.org/famnet/modules/newbb/

To participate in the new forums, you will need to register a free account on the Dravet.org website. Your login from the old forums will not work. Simply click on "login" in the upper right corner of the website, and you will be prompted to fill out a brief registration form. Once the form is submitted and approved, you will receive a notification and you will then be able to log into the forums.

To move up out of a thread back to the main list, use your browser's "back" button.
To reply to an existing topic (what this software calls threads), click the "Post Reply" button at the top of the topic page or just scroll down to the bottom of the page. Fill out the fields for "Subject" and "Comment" and click either "Preview" (to look at your comment prior to posting it) or "Save" (to post your comment).
To post a new topic in a forum, click the "New Topic" button at the top of the forum page (the page where you see all the topics listed).
To receive updates to topics via e-mail, on the forum page click on the link labeled "subscribe" to the right of the list of topics.
To view a user's profile, click on their username in the left-hand side of their comment. Along with the username, you will also see their current status (online or offline) and a link to their e-mail address if they have chosen to make it available.
